The colours of fall are starting to pop! I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather this Thanksgiving weekend. The Veggie soup turned out delicious and almost everyone enjoyed it! I consider it a win because many wanted seconds!
The week ahead: October 10-13
For the next five weeks, our class will be joined by Rachaelle Lowden, a UFV Teacher Candidate who is doing her practicum with us. I am sure the students will benefit from Ms. Lowden’s participation.
Tuesday – At the park. We’ll be learning about leaves and getting creative with them.
- Wednesday – At the school.
- Thursday – At the school. Library book exchange. Hats spirit day – students can wear a hat all day if they want to!
*Field trip forms and payment is due Thursday. Please remember to indicate on the form if you can help drive and how many students your car can fit. I will inform the drivers on Friday so they can be sure to complete the Volunteer Driver process in time. Thank you for your help!
- Friday – At the school. Community Walk on the leafy theme.
